Tell the Dept. of Treasury and Bureau of Indian Affairs to respect tribal health, safety, and sovereignty. Promised funds must be sent to tribes on time, and COVID checkpoints must continue to protect reservations. Uninvited BIA cops could replace tribal police at Cheyenne River. They have no business on sacred lands.
