Following the brutal murder in Arizona of Indigenous teen Emily Pike, her family has called for the state to pass HB2281, which would create an amber alert system for Indigenous youth. Lakota Law asks you to stand in solidarity and take action to make it happen. This would be a landmark law that could prevent further harm to Native children. Please email the Arizona state Senate, ask them to pass HB2281, and name the law to honor the life and memory of Emily Pike.
